Lauren A Balkan Designs is a boutique design firm located in NYC since 2011. Prior to 2011, Lauren practiced design in both NY and Florida working for firms that specialized in high end luxury residential projects. Lauren specializes in Residential design and offers consultation services for Commercial projects. Her design services include architecture consulting, spatial planning, material and finish selections, vintage and furniture selection, custom furniture and millwork design.

Lauren believes in building a home for the clients lifestyle and is often inspired by the client and space. With Lauren’s years of experience working in the tri state area as well as Florida she brings a broad range of knowledge to every project. Each project is looked at individually with the hopes of creating a timeless and unique home for the client. Lauren loves the use of beautiful textures and clean lines throughout a home. She strives to make sure the client is thrilled with the end result and that there is a perfect balance between aesthetics and function.
